The Cass County Community Foundation operates on an annual grant cycle. Those eligible to apply for a grant are non-profit organizations with documentation of 501(c)(3) status, whose projects directly impact the lives of Cass County, Indiana residents (see the current grant application under “forms” on this website). Please note – public schools, while non-profit, are not
501(c)(3) and therefore are not eligible. Partnership/collaboration
with an existing 501(c)(3) organization would meet eligibility requirements. CASS COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION AWARDS OVER $61,000 IN COMMUNITY GRANTS On August 28, 2007, the Cass County Community Foundation held a press conference and reception to announce the recipients of the 2007 CCCF Community Grant Awards. The crowd of more than seventy-five attendees included representatives of the recipient organizations, as well as donors, board members, volunteers, and members of the media. This year, the Cass County Community Foundation awarded nine community grants totaling over $61,000. Funding for community grants is made available through the generosity of donors to CCCF’s unrestricted endowments.
